Please clarify: I need a little more specific question to help you. Do you want to know more about how to take care of your dental health at home? Do you have a question about a dental health problem? Let me know, I'd be happy to help with your question.

Generally: Start with a professional examination and cleaning. Maintain health between dental visits by brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock, gently, with soft toothbrush and fluoridated toothpaste. Floss 1x/day, every day. Avoid sweet starchy foods. Do not smoke (anything) or abuse alcohol. Imperative that you see Dentist regularly for examination.
