Possibly: It is definitely abnormal to not have had a bowl movement for two weeks. That can lead to colon perforation and other complications. Are you taking narcotics or other medications that can be contributing to severe constipation. Please seek medical attention for an examination and possible imaging to evaluate the cause for your constipation, so appropriate treatment can be initiated.
