No - usually: Not all babies poop every day. Constipation is defined more by stool consistency, not frequency. So a baby that has hard rabbit pellet poop but goes 2-3 times a day is constipated, but a baby that has soft, mushy poop but only goes every 3-4 days is not constipated and that's normal and not uncommon. Some babies have efficient GI tracts and just don't make that much poop, so don't need to go daily.
