Possibly: Green stools can occur with ingestion of green vegetables and would be formed. If it is diarrhea it needs assessment from your doctor.

Yes: The only time you should be concerned about the color of stool is that if it is bloody or black, or clay colored. Otherwise the color can change depending on the diet.
