Mild intervention: It's not uncommon for stool to firm up around a month, even if you're breast feeding. Keeping the child well hydrated, and slipping an ounce or two of pear or white grape juice into the formula or breast milk once a day may help. Taking a rectal temperature may stimulate stooling. Otherwise, talk with your doc.
