Maybe: Often times, people equate orchalgia (testicular pain) with epididymitis. Technically, epididymitis results from inflammation/infection of the epididymis which has a very specific appearance on ultrasound. Other than the ultrasound, you should have gotten a urinalysis and/or a urine culture.
