I workout 5 nights a week. i usually do 50 min of cardio per night, along with other exercises. but sometimes i only have time to do 30 min.is this ok?

30 to 50 minutes: of any exercise is great as long as you are healthy enough to do it. In fact, some folks purposely take a lighter day every few days or weekly to give the body a break. Peace and good health.
