Needs followup: Need more information about feeding. Is baby breastfed or bottlefed or a combination of the two? Spit up may be due to overfeeding if baby is bottlefed. Also baby may spit up due to rapid bottle feeding and taking in excess air. Bowels and farts may have foul odor if formula fed. Follow up with baby's doctor re feeding issues.
