Let me try to help: Flatus comming out compose of five differnt gases produce by certain bactria (nitrogen: 20–90%'hydrogen: 0–50%, carbon dioxide: 10–30%, oxygen: 0–10 , methane the more methane in it the more the smell like rotten eggs. Try to take some yogurt that help balance the bacteria in the bowel and hopefully get rid of it . Good luck.
