Gas: Excess gas could be due to a lactose intolerance, go dairy free for a week to see if that helps. Chewing gum, sucking candies, using straws and drinking carbonated beverages also are gas producing. If no help with above try a probiotic such as Align or Florastor for a few weeks

Hydrogen sulphide: is a byproduct of bacterial breakdown of food i the colon and solving that issue can be problematic. Refer to this site for more information: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1727181/ Probiotics also are purported to be of benefit.
