ColonicFlora notFood: Very few odors in flatus a function of food eaten, yet odors are powerfully altered with changes in Colon Flora. Granted what you eat can/will alter the dominant Flora over time. The foods you are cutting out are generally healthy, suggest change approach & include healthy foods. Study DietDoctor.com, etc. Trial & error, taking various probiotics may help shift the flora and flatus smells.
