Hormonal? Anatomy?: Need to undergo a Thyroid profile and CBC. This is age dependent. Need more information.... An Ultrasound would be helpful. Could be amenable with hormonal therapies. Surgery is an option if it is needed. Hormonal issues are very common. Once that is ruled out...anatomical concerns are on the table.
