Could be normal!: When you start hormonal b.c., it can take a few mos. for your body to equilibrate during which, spotting & irreg. periods can be common. If you can't stand it, or if symptoms last > 3 mos, you can switch to a new b.c., though you want to avoid switching too often, as it deprives your body from the ability to normalize before challenging it again. And if having sex, take preg. test when late!
