After "Plan B", some withdrawal bleeding ("spotting") is not uncommon, but subsequent heavier bleeding can indicate possible pregnancy. If you have not had a serum HCG test, obtain one to be certain about pregnancy, and if positive, see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing.
