Ferritin?: Is your ferritin level low? If yes, given rest of the information, you are deficient in iron and should take oral iron supplement with multivitamins. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

BloodLossLowIron: It seems you are iron deficient due to excessive blood loss,as you have low ferritin. It will be nice to know your Hemoglobin.serum iron&iron binding capacity. The cause of iron deficiency is excessive blood loss due to heavy periods. You need to be checked by your gynecologist to find the cause of heavy blood loss to prevent iron deficiency.Meanwhile take iron by mouth and diet rich in iron.Talk/MD
