Panic with agaraphob: ia. Weight gain could be due to overeating - consistent with depression or from your medications, hypothyroidism, or other underlying medical problem. Rule out restless leg syndrome, apnea, or nightmares as cause. Aggressively treat it. Panic disorder with agoraphobia responds to antidepressants, periodic benzodiazepines/antihistamines/anticonvulsants, cognitive behavior therapy, and exposure.

Insomnia might be due to several different reasons. First have a complete physical exam by a Dr. to rule out underlying biological problem. If no problem consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy help & a Psychiatrist for medication, possible referral to a sleep study. If you have no confidence in your Dr. see another for a 2nd opinion.
