my chest xray says i have viral pneumonia, but i have no symptoms other then chest pain when inhaling deeply could this possibly be a collapsed lung?

Unlikely: Though a chest xray is not the most reliable test for a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) it is pretty good. If there is a viral pneumonia on xray that could cause your symptoms.
