Starting&effective: 20mgm of celexa is the starting dose and in most people it is effective dose.If you are feeling good than there is no need to jump the dose to 40 mgm.We only increase the dose if there is only partial relief of symptoms.Most patients do well on 20mgm dose

20 mg seems right 4u: If you and your doctor agree that your depression and perhaps anxiety symptoms are in remission there is no reason to increase the dosage
