Infection: You need to see a dentist or a doctor today because this is probably an infection and you need to be on an antibiotic and possibly a tooth pulled. Though the antibiotic needs to come first. Ring your GP/dentist or go to the Urgent Care if you have one near you.

Infection: Yesterday you had a tooth infection. Today you have a roaring tooth infected spreading to your jaw. Expect infection to continue to spread, unless you get immediate treatment. See a General Dentist, specialist Endodontist, or specialist Oral Surgeon, immediately.

Examination: Please call your dentist for an examination to determine the cause of your discomfort.
