Wrong?: Why do you assume something is wrong? If you are doing well and there's no personal or family history to suggest an occult problem you may be just fine on your exercise and dietary program. Discuss with your doctor.

Stop worrying: These numbers are fine. The homocysteine being minimally elevated is probably just you -- nobody's showed this puts you at real risk for anything. Trusting you're eating sensibly and not a non-supplementing vegan, and get B12 checked occasionally. Keep exercising. You can stop taking the fish oil -- the last several big studies show no benefit.
