Would increase: Fish oil to lower triglycerides & may consider Niacin in your case as well. Exercise & weight loss could also do this...Wouldn't necessarily jump to statins unless these measures were ineffective.

Lipids: Fish oils are very good at pushing down your tg levels, desired goal of under 150. Ldl is borderline. Really need to get more info to stratify risk. Risk factors? These are smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, family history, and obesity. You can also have lipids analyzed further such as a vap test or with health diagnositc laboratory. Analyzes LDL subtypes and other parameters for more info.
