Migraines: Migraines could be triggered by certain foods and additives found in foods like cheese, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate msg, nitrates or nitrites, citric fruits, peanuts, onions, avocado, banana, passion fruit, figs, raisins, yeast products and mushrooms. Caffeine alcohol and chocolates are also know triggers. Garbanzo beans may trigger headaches in some migraine sufferers.
