I have been taking phetermine for a while now and never had any problems. today i am having a high pulse of 130, chest tightness, and light pain.

Phetermine: What are you taking it for? What else issuing on? Fever? Bleeding? Hot in OK and you have not turned on AC? How are you counting pulse? Best to do it with a stethoscope over the heart. Is the pulse regular or skipping beats. Any Hx of high thyroid. Happy to do 2nd opinion.
