Call your physician: Myocarditis is a term for inflammation of the heart muscle, it can be many different causes, most commonly viral. The elevated heart rate and chest tightness could be due to your asthma. If you need to use your nebulizer more than prescribed or are having to use it as a rescue more than 3 times a week, you need to see your primary care physician as soon as possible to adjust your regimen.
