Need full Hx: A full history is needed to begin with. This client could have a depression or some other illness or could be on drugs and/or drinking alcohol. How does he feel? How does he sleep and eat? What does he do at home? Does he clean up and how does he dress? Does he have suicidal or homicidal ideation or intent?
