At this point,: just watch carefully. If there is no redness or pain/tenderness, as you suggest, it is unlikely there is a worrisome infection. As this area of the body is exposed to many bacteria, keeping it as clean as possible, including exposed to air (no undies, loose skirt) may well be helpful. It may well slowly resolve and disappear on its own. If it enlarges, drains, becomes tender or red, see your Doc.
