I have what i think is a cyst/in grown hair in my groin what's the easiest way to get it to a head to pop it this is the 2nd one in 3montgs same spot?

Moist heat: There is not much more you can do than heat. Also use a triple antibiotic cream. Topical tincture of iodine will help both the cyst and the infection.

See a doctor: this is a very tricky location. there is a lot of other possibilities in that area that could be similar to a hair root or cyst problem. it could be a lymph node,abnormal blood vessel. so do not try anything by yourself. see a doctor.
