Lots of things: Unfortunately if this is one day and you have not had any other risk factors like already being diagnosed with high blood pressure or diabetes, may not help much. This can happen during stress even. You would have to see if this is occurring regularly. Look up from american heart association signs of stroke because you don't want to miss them. Family history puts people more at risk.
