Perhaps: Bulging discs in and of themselves do not cause neuropathic or myalgic symptoms unless they compress specific nerves and/or central nervous system structures. If you already had an MRI, presumably that was ordered by your physician to help assess these symptoms, and having a discussion regarding the results would be appropriate.
