Urgent Care or ER: How long have you had these symptoms? Hours? Days? Weeks? Do you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes? or family history of the above? Are you under stress or have emotional issues when this happened? If in doubt best you go to an urgent care or emergency center and get evaluated.
