Heredofamilial Essential Tremor may run in your family, and if you do not have hyperthyroidism or take medication which can cause shaking, this is the most likely explanation based upon your description. A neurologist could treat and stabilize this situation.

I shouldn't expect someone with healthy musculature to have any tremor with those maneuvers. You may have an early manifestation of an essential tremor or intention tremor. This tends to run in families. If you have concerns, consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.
