Anxiety symptoms: My first guess is that you are anxious. And you are breathing fast during the spells which makes you blow off CO2 and can lead to the symptoms you describe especially the tingling. Try rebreathing into a paper bag so CO2 returns to normal for a few minutes. If this helps bingo. Discuss with your Dr.
