A teaching hospital.: A University hospital in SpringfieldU Tufts U. Medical Center, or any of the reputed medical centers in New York, such as Mount Sinai, Presbyterial would be excellent choices. I do not know exactly how big the aneurysm is, where is located etc. If you are seeking a specialist in any of these places, please take a copy of the CT or the ultrasound with you and contact them soon.
