No: Only the people doing the intercourse know when they did it. Natural pregnancy dates are estimates, and so nobody knows exactly when conception was. Conception is when the sperm and egg get together to create a new life out of existing life (lives), and is estimated to be 2 weeks after the start of the last menstrual period, assuming 28-day cycles. That would be 4 weeks ago, plus or minus a week.
