Ultrasound 4w 6 days. (24th june) is conception resulting from 7th june or 16th of april? withdrawal bleed from contraception pill in between dates.

June: If an ultrasound done on 6/24/15 showed you to be 4w6d pregnant, ovulation would have occurred on about 6/4/15 and conception would have occurred in June not April. Hope this helps.

June: The June date is correct; the April date is impossible unless the ultrasound is wrong. Good wishes.
