Un-likely cardiac: Based on your description, it is unlikely to be cardiac pain. It is most likely breast tissue or subcutaneous tenderness. So if worm compression or gentle heat improve the symptoms, if not have it checked please by healthcare professional . Can you send a picture of the site?
