Asymptomatic PID?: Past PID is the most likely explanation, probably going back to a pevious sexual relationship. Not all PID causes obvious symptoms. Perhaps endometriosis, but less likely with no symptoms. At this point the original cause probably doesn't matter. Presumably you're being evaluated for infertility? If so, the important thing is to discuss options for conception with your doctor. Good luck!
