Take Tylenol (acetaminophen): 1000 mg with it. As long as liver ok.

Severe back pain: I suggest you make sure you were evaluated. Severe pain that persists in a young person suggests a structural problem. If xrays were negative, then Ibuprofen ok. Understand maximum dose in person with normal kidneys is 2400 mg/day. So, you may be underdosed. Also, pills alone not addressing muscle weakness/imbalance. Mckenzie pt would also be helpful. If not improving, i would proceed with mri.
