I have dangling bits of flesh under my tongue. it happened recently because it's been scratchy. and the little tendon to my tongue is swollen?

Difficult: Difficult to determine if the"dangling bits of flesh" are anything other than normal anatomy. Little tendon swelling may be due to trauma, burn, or other lesions. In other words, call your Dentist for an examination to determine if treatment or th flu waiting is the best option.
