Epididymitis: Painful Testicles is worrysome for Infection of outer lining of the testicle the epididymis and needs acute attention. If Blood flow decreases then it is a medical emergency and so best is to go to the nearest ER to check with Doppler Ultrasound Testicular Blood Flow! If not attended to quickly the patient may be at risk of testicular loss!Hopefully it is just an infection responsive to antibiotic
