Can auto immune vasculitis cause purpura on your neck? if so which type?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Vasculitis means blood vessel inflammation. In the skin this can cause bruises or purpura when red blood cells are released from the damaged blood vessels. Any autoimmune vasculitis can effect the skin
