Possibly: Allergic conjunctivitis causes redness, watering and itching. The conjunctiva (inside of your eyelid) can have a cobblestone appearance. Sinus congestion is also common. If symptoms get better with an antihistamine (benadryl/dihpenhydramine) or Zyrtec/cetirizine) then it's allergies. However, allergies do not usually give a sore throat.
