Today i had short term double vision, i couldn't focus but when covering an eye individually vision was fine lasted 5 mins, no bp, diabetes or anythin?

Diplopia: Most likely is intermittent micro vascular occlusion that cleared, hard to tell cause, most commonly is associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, atherosclerosis, but could judy be vasoapasm.
