How much of the brain does a sinus mri show?

Not much: Hi, the sinuses (paranasal sinuses) are at the front of the skull and when the MRI is performed properly by the MR tech, the field of view will only include a small part of the brain. Much of the brain (especially posterior portions) will not be included.
