Measure lipids: Bezafibrate lowers triglycerides, but ezetimbe lowers ldl cholesterol. Get a fasting lipid profile. If triglycerides are high switch to fenofibrate. If LDL cholesterol is high, switch to crestor, a much better ldl lowering agent.
