Shakey : The answer depends on your body type. If you are thin, you are very sensitive to normal levels of Insulin which are making your blood sugars low. The answer is to eat low carbohydrate foods rich in protein and a little fat (i.e., nuts) at more frequent intervals. This is not a disease and is managed with eating. If you are overweight, this may be early glucose intolerance. Eat a diabetes diet.

Eat a balanced diet: Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spread out the amount you eat throughout the day. Eat a protein snack <200 cal if needed. Decrease your stress and avoid high fructose corn sugar.
