I fell this morning landing on my left hand and arm although i have movement my upper are is very sore i cant but weight on it or hold anything heavy?

See doctor : Hard without examination or knowing your age but there may be a possibility of a break in the shoulder or the humerus (upper arm bone) or may just be sprain. Safest to see a doctor urgently for examination and if they're in doubt you might need X-rays
