i use a sodium fluoride(<0.149%w/w)toothpaste 2 a day.i was told sodium fluoride is harmful.does it really cause cancer or death if use daily?stop?

You'll be fine..: .. and your teeth will be strong, too. Who told you this nonsense? Do you really believe that manufacturers would be allowed to place fluoride in toothpaste if it would kill you or cause cancer?

Anti-fluoride lobby: I'm afraid you have gotten misinformation from a well meaning but misinformed zealot. The ONLY thing that has been proved that Fluoride does, in therapeutic dose, is strengthen teeth. Over the last 70 years Fluoride has been blamed for every illness known to man, without a shred of evidence. Lots of allegations, no proof. And if it was dangerous the FDA would pull it from the market.

Sensitivity: Sensitivity more likely to be to one of the inactive ingredients, not the fluoride. You may want to return to using your original toothpaste.
