I'm online now. type your question here. i have hives that spreading, do i need steroids to get rid of them?

Hives: Usually with basic hives, Benadryl 25-50 mg po every 6 hrs until gone works well. If it spreads and worsens (sometimes forms round lesions as in erythema multiform, Prednisone from your MD can be beneficial.
