I am suffering from really bad hives and have been getting them for two weeks. i'm now on my second course of steroids and they're not working?

Get allergy testing: Hives are usually due to environmental or food or medication allergy. See an allergist to get allergy tests done to determine what allergens need to be avoided. Oral antihistamines such as allegra, zyrtec, xyzal, Claritin or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) are often needed to control the hives. An allergist should be able to recommend a combination of antihistamine to help. Also see if you need an Epipen for emergencies.
